I understand that situations happen that are beyond our control and there are exceptions to any rule; With that being said, if a client cancels an appointment without 24 hour notice, it is very difficult to fill that appointment slot last minute. As this is my livelihood, please cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hour notice. Failure to give at least 24 hour notice will result in a liability on your part for $25.00 up to the full cost of the massage if you are a no call/no show. Also, for example, if you purchased a package of four massages, and you do not call to cancel and no-show, one will be deducted. Also, if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time, the amount of time that you are late will be deducted from your massage time, so I can accommodate my next client appointment on time.
